End of Term Highlights!

Year 3/4 Communities 

Year 3/4 students developed an understanding of role, character and situation in Drama. They used their collaborative skills to rehearse and perform short improvised scenes to the class. Students worked together to invent a story with a clear beginning, problem and end.

Year 5/6 Communities

Year 5/6 students explored an introduction to improvisation techniques in Drama. They used important skills such as quick thinking, creativity and collaboration to perform on the spot a range of scenarios. Students developed an understanding of why improvisation techniques are vital to everyday life, including situations that involve interviews and socialising with others. 

Choir 

Students have been learning a song called, 'Just Sing!' from the hit movie, Trolls World Tour. They are working on creating choreography to match the lyrics and perform with confidence in front of Assembly. The date for the performance will be announced in Term 3.
