Principal News

Dear Sacred Heart Community,

Prayer

Baptism of Samantha and Suzanna

Congratulations to sisters Samantha and Suzanna on being Baptised last Friday. In a very special celebration, our whole school attended the beautiful ceremony and witnessed the girls taking a big step in their faith journey. It was such an appropriate way to celebrate our school and parish feast day.

Feast Of The Sacred Heart

Last Sunday, many of our students participated in the Parish Mass celebrating the Feast of the Sacred Heart. During the Mass ten of our students and last years Year Six student Jemimah were commissioned as altar servers. These students will start being altar servers in the coming weeks at our parish weekend Masses.

"Sacred Heart Has Talent"

This afternoon we completed the "Sacred Heart Has Talent" show which commenced last Friday. The show has been the traditional way we have celebrated our feast day. Those parents who saw the shows will I am sure, echo my reflection about how talented our students are, and how impressive they are in overcoming any nerves and performing to a large audience. A big thank you to Kate who again coordinated the Sacred Has Talent show which has become an annual tradition.

Parent Forum

Each year our School Advisory Board organises a parent forum on a topic that they feel would give valuable advice to parents. We are seeking some  suggestions for our 2024 forum. If you have a suggestion because see our board chairman Mark Haley or board secretary Prem Parmar.
