OSHCLUB News

We had an action-packed Week 8 filled with delicious food, creative projects, and plenty of energetic games! Our Breakfast Club kept everyone fuelled with vanilla milkshakes, warm banana bread, flaky croissants, brekky quiches, and fluffy pikelets. In the afternoons, our Snack Squad served up some favourites including baked mac and cheese, DIY taco boats, baked cauliflower cheese cups, fried rice, and a fresh platter of crackers, veggie sticks, cheese cubes, and dip.

In the kitchen, the children had a blast with hands-on cooking fun, shaking up their own homemade lemonade, decorating cupcakes, and seeing how tall they could build towers using marshmallows and spaghetti!

Our creative tables were buzzing all week with projects like designing and flying our own kites, crafting basketball hoops, sewing plushie keychains, tissue-paper painting, building popsicle stick houses, making paper-mâché hot air balloons, and exploring chalk painting outdoors. The imagination was flowing nonstop!

For physical activities, we kept everyone moving with octopus group games, a brand-new favourite called L-Sit Tag, rounds of limbo, Four Corners, and lots of parachute challenges which turned out to be a huge hit with everyone.

It was a fantastic week full of creativity, teamwork, and laughter. We’re excited to keep the fun rolling into Week 9!

Bookings

Online bookings for Rise then Shine and Stay and Play sessions close 24 hours in advance. Online bookings for the Holiday Program and Curriculum Days close 5 days in advance.

If online bookings have closed, and you would like to make or cancel a booking, please SMS the program phone on 0427 144 945.

Cancellation of Bookings

IMPORTANT: If your child is booked in for an afternoon Stay and Play session and that booking is no longer required, please cancel the booking on the iParent Portal. If you are cancelling on the day, please contact us on the program phone before 3:15pm.

We are responsible for all children booked into our care. If a child does not arrive after school care when booked in to attend, we will need to confirm the whereabouts of the child by contacting parents/guardians and emergency contacts. If we cannot successfully do this, it then becomes a missing child incident.

As you can imagine, this can be very stressful!

Thanks for your cooperation by notifying us of any Stay and Play absences.
