Prep Parent Meet and Greet
The Friends and Families of Fyans Park (F&F) invite all Prep parents to a casual meet and greet upstairs at The Gold Diggers Arms on Friday 20th February 2026 from 7pm. Tickets will need to be purchased on Qkr! by Monday 16th February and are $20 per parent. This covers substantial finger food (gluten free and vegetarian options available) and drinks will be available for purchase at the bar. Please pop this in your calendars as it is a great way to meet other Prep parents and ask any questions you might have about our wonderful school. We hope to see you there!

Compass Tips
Would parents please not add Attendance Notes when students are arriving after 9am or departing before 3.30pm. Staff members do not see the parent comments written on these notes so an email via Compass is a great way to convey any extra details. The kiosk at Reception is to be used to sign/in out as this marks the roll and we know exactly who is on-site in case of emergency.
Thanks so much for your cooperation.

QKR! App - Student Updates
Would families please update their student's profiles to reflect their 2026 year level and new classroom? Otherwise things like Special Food Day orders will go to their previous classroom.
New students can also be added via Profiles --> Add Profile tab.
Thank you.
Asthma / Allergy / Anaphylaxis Action Plans
If you indicated on your child’s enrolment form that they experience asthma, allergic reaction or anaphylaxis, or they have been diagnosed since then, government legislation requires you to provide us with a current Action Plan (see examples below). Please visit your medical practitioner for an up to date Action Plan and return asap.

Please ensure your child has their medication and any other device (eg. spacer) with them to better manage their symptoms. If your medical practitioner has informed you that your child has grown out of their condition, they will need to provide a letter, on the Medical Practice letterhead, to the school stating such.
Thank you for your cooperation.
