Borrowing and Overdue Books

Students will finish borrowing books in Week 6 of this term, and all books need to be returned to the library by Week 7, so stocktake can begin. Students will borrow again next year in 2026. 

Overdue notices will be sent home. If you cannot find the book your child has borrowed, it will need to be paid for at the school office, so it can be replaced. If your child is leaving Meadowbank Public School or leaving before the end of term, please return all books now. 

Visit your local library

As borrowing finishes in Week 6, we would encourage all our students and families to visit our local libraries and continue borrowing and reading books. Our city of Ryde Library branches include Ryde Library, West Ryde Library, North Ryde Library, Eastwood Library and Gladesville Library. Membership to all the branches is free, and the libraries often run fun and educational events throughout the holidays and year.
