Nix in the past couple of weeks you have set some goals which have been very challenging. You have shown so much bravery and you have been very committed to achieving these goals. You were able to demonstrate the Mercy value of excellence today in achieving several steps toward a really big goal that you have set for yourself. We are really proud of your efforts today and know that you will continue to work on your goals at school. Congratulations Nix on being this week's Principal award winner.

Lexi you are always so kind, lovely and thoughtful, and you work diligently on all your learning tasks. You consistently put a lot of effort into everything you do. You are a true example of how to be kind and compassionate to your peers, teachers, and students at school. In addition, Lexi you have had great ideas and suggestions that you bravely share, including your suggestion in circle time of positive affirmations to support year 6s to have a great end to their primary schooling. This shows how thoughtful and caring you are. In this way, Lexi, you have demonstrated the Mercy Values of compassion and stewardship.

Luca you have demonstrated excellence at Sacred Heart. You are an incredibly curious student who keenly asks questions to learn more. Luca you

complete your work to a very high standard, particularly enjoying any opportunity to solve challenging mathematical problems. You recently wrote an engaging persuasive text about saving koalas to Anthony Albanese. In addition, you have read the text aloud with excellent expression and determination. Luca you are also often a kind friend, who notices when a friend isn't ok and checks in on them. In this way Luca, you have demonstrated the Mercy Values of compassion and excellence.
