A big thank you to the Cooray family for taking care of the chickens over the holidays for an epic number of weeks. It was so fulfilling to see the chickens so happy and well cared for. Kellen wrote a diary entry of care.

This week we have been harvesting zucchini’s and making spaghetti. We added oil, garlic, capsicum, carrot, beetroot, and basil.

Please contact me aclarkson@scgleniris.catholic.edu.au if you have any availablity on a Tuesday or a Friday to come in and be a Gardening Class helper. Parents, grandparents, aunties, uncles all welcome whether you have a green thumb, love to cook or a just willing to get in and have a go.
