Are Your Details Up to Date at School?

Have you recently…

• Moved house?
• Changed phone numbers?
• Received a new or updated diagnosis for your child (dietary or medical)?
• Changed the emergency contacts you would like us to call? 
• Had any other significant changes we should know about?

If so, we want to hear from you!

Please ensure that you notify the school whenever something changes so that we have accurate and up to date information. 

Please give the office a call or email buninyong.ps@education.vic.gov.au with any changes. 

If you’re not sure if you’ve let us know, please contact us to check. 

If your child has Asthma, Anaphylaxis, Diabetes or Epilepsy it is a legal and policy  requirement for us to have a medical plan. These need to be completed by the student’s Medical Professional, in consultation with their parents/guardians and be updated annually.  Please send any students’ Medical Plans to school.

Visitor Sign In - Pass Tab

A reminder to all visitors at our Buninyong campus that everyone staying onsite for a period longer than drop off or pickup, that you must sign in and out using our platform for visitors at the main office called Passtab. Passtab enables our school to keep a digital record of who is in the school at any given point with the aim of supporting child safety and emergency response procedures.

By doing this well, we will ensure everyone is safe on our site and we thank you for your cooperation with this in advance.
