The Japanese Poster Competition is back for 2024 and this year's theme is Year of the Dragon.

 

All students studying Japanese, from Prep to Year 10, are welcome to enter.

 

 

 

 

 

Conditions of Entry:

  • The poster MUST contain the word, "tatsu たつ 辰 " in Japanese in one or more scripts as shown. We encourage you to include a dragon image and carefully considered Japanese themes throughout.
  • Posters should be hand drawn, not a pasted collection of digital images and text.
  • Student names should be on the BACK of the poster.
  • Posters will be judged in 4 categories: Prep - Year 2, Years 3-4, Year 5-6 and Years 7-10.
  • Participating students must be current students of Japanese.
  • Our school can enter 3 posters per category. Certificates and prizes will be awarded to the top three entries in each category.
  • Please submit your poster entry to Mrs Allan or Ms Alderdice no later than Monday 25 March.
