Ashton

This student consistently demonstrates an outstanding commitment to learning.  He gets right to work and gives his best effort in every task. His curiosity about the world around him is genuinely impressive, evident in his insightful questions and surprising depth of knowledge. For example, we loved hearing about the Titantic when walking to swimming. His thoughtful awareness of how actions influence others brings a special and positive energy to the room, making them a truly deserving Terrific Kid. 

Year 1

Adith

Adith has made wonderful progress this term in all subjects. He contributes regularly in all activities and class discussions. He is always presenting a positive attitude, with a smile on his face and kind words to his peers. 

Year 2

Rihaan

Rihaan is a kind-hearted student who is always caring and understanding towards his peers. He has a positive outlook on life and he has a wonderful way of spreading happiness to others around him. He participates enthusiastically and applies his best effort in all areas of learning. Rihaan, you are a very deserving Terrific Kid. Congratulations!

Year 3

Emma displays kindness and courtesy to all members of the class. She uses her initiative to assist others and always demonstrates a positive growth mindset. Emma works hard to put her best effort into all tasks and has achieved wonderful growth in her learning this year. Emma, you are such a worthy recipient of this award, truly displaying all attributes of a Terrific Kid.

Year 4

Ashtin

Ashtin is a well-deserved recipient of a Terrific Kid Award as he emulates the qualities that make him an exceptional role model to his peers. He is a friendly student who is considerate, empathetic, and mindful to all those around him no matter what the situation holds. Ashtin always puts others first and displays signs of dependability and responsibility. He engages with the routines of school life highly demonstrating all the school values in a respectful manner and shows determination and positivity whenever being confronted with challenging tasks or decisions, thus demonstrating the value of resilience.

Congratulations Ashtin l am so proud to witness your blossoming achievements throughout 2023. You truly are a valued and respected member of 4P who always brightens each day with your energetic enthusiasm, engaging big smile and inquisitive mind. You definitely are a Syndal South Star student :)

Year 5

Shanaya is a motivated and dedicated student who has a positive attitude to learning. She always demonstrates the school values of responsibility, care, resilience and respect. Shanaya works well in team situations and has the knack of making people feel comfortable around her. She is a wonderful role model to other students. Congratulations Shanaya on being our Year 5 Term 4 Terrific Kid recipient!

Year 6

Rohan is a friendly and caring student who always displays the SSPS school values. He participates in everything with enthusiasm and is always dedicated to do the best he can. This year he has been an outstanding role model to younger students in his role as Art Captain. In class, Rohan works hard in all tasks and shows an inclusive nature during group activities. These are some of the reasons, Rohan is the recipient of the Year 6 Terrific Kid award for Term 4.
