PTF RSL RAFFLE ROSTER - DECEMBER 2023

At the last PTF meeting the committee decided to sell tickets at the Boggabri RSL on a Friday evening 6.00 - 7.30pm and Sunday lunchtime 11.00 am - 12.30pm  for the month of December. This is a great opportunity to raise money for the the PTF so that projects may be paid for to improve the facilities for all students here at Sacred Heart. 

The PTF are now looking for volunteers to be available for those times to help sell those tickets. Even just one shift would be extremely helpful.  If for any reason you are unable to make a rostered shift, please fill in your shift with another volunteer.  Please note that this is run by the PTF and not the school. Thank you to the families that have already made themselves available however, we still have two dates available, so if you are able to help out on any of these two dates please contact Mrs Leah Rees so that she can add your name to the roster.

UNIFORM SHOP

The Uniform Shop / Clothing Pool will be open each Thursday between the hours of 2:15~3pm. If you would like to purchase new or pre-owned uniform items, please call in during these times.

The last day to order summer uniform will be Tuesday 28th November so please check your child's uniform items and visit the uniform shop/clothing pool to see if the items are in stock. If not, please order by the above date.

SCHOOL ADVISORY COUNCIL (SAC)  MEETING

The next SAC Meeting will be held on  Tuesday 28 November at 5:30pm. The PTF Executive are urged to attend. If you are unavailable, please contact Mrs Kathlene Fenton or Ms Robyn Traynor to give your apology. 

Working With Children Check (WWCC) ~ Just a friendly reminder that if you are a member of the PTF you must have a current Working With Children Check. If you are not sure, please contact Ms Traynor in the office.

Parents who volunteer at the school in any capacity around children other than your own are also required to have a Working With Children Check.

Volunteer Working With Children Checks can be obtained from Service NSW and once obtained are valid for 5 years.
