Week 11

We have made it!

Well done to the whole community for a wonderful and successful year. We have loved working with all of your wonderful children in each and every way. We hope you all have an excellent break from school. Good luck to any of our families that are moving on from Wembley - we wish you all a successful transition to your next setting.

If you need any help over the school holidays, remember there are a range of services that you can connect to. Please remember that you are not alone! See Kelly's section below for further details.

We also want to say a huge goodbye to Mr P! We know Tom has been a teacher at Wembley for a number of years, but Tom has done an incredible job over the last two years as our mental health and wellbeing leader in school, developing some great initiatives and most importantly building some incredible relationships with students and families. We are really going to miss Tom (and Gary!) being part of the team and wish him lots of success for next year.

School Wide Positive Behaviour Support

Current Whole School Behaviour Focus - Revision

This week classroom teachers have selected a behaviour from our behaviour matrix to revise with students in their class based on the needs of their students. Thank you to all the students who have done such a great job of showing our expected behaviours this term and throughout the year.

Previous Whole School Behaviour Focus - Take care of equipment

Over the previous two weeks, students have been learning about the behaviour of 'taking care of equipment' as part of our value of respect. Many students were nominated to receive a Wembley Values Award for their great examples of taking care of equipment.
