2023 Fair

Hi Rosanna community

Another fair update for everyone....

The committee is working hard getting organised for this second half of the year, which is looking to be busy and exciting in preparation for the Fair on November 18th.

We are planning on rolling out a list of requests, mostly in term 4, but there will be some in term 3 - so please keep an eye on the newsletter for regular announcements and info.

Our first request is an infrastructure one. We are after a list of people who have marquees and/or strong trestle tables. If you have any of these - please send Jackie an email at jackie.arbuckle@yahoo.com.au with the dimensions if you can.

Along with the rides, entertainment on stage, face-painting, and food, we are planning on holding the following stalls:

Second hand Books
Cakes
Chill out / Art zone
Chocolate trailer
Devonshire tea
Guess the lollies
Lucky Envelope
Plants
Silent auction

All of these stalls will have requests rolling out over the coming months. Please read the newsletter regularly so that you are across all the info and can spring into action when we need you.
