Specialist Update

This term the students have all been focusing on Perspective drawing and Model drawing:

• Foundation students have been working on making things with paper (basic Origami) Model drawing like a fruit bowl and a focus on colouring between the lines.
• Grade 1/2 have been focusing on making things with paper (basic Origami). We have also been following simple instructions on how to draw a fruit bowl and simple perspective drawing.
• Grade 3 and 4 students have been focusing on One Point Perspective drawings and working on the depth of our drawing as well as the use of colour and shading.  Last week we did some Model drawing with 2 students in their own class to be the models.
• This term Grade 5 and 6 students continued working on and have now finished their sculptures. These beautiful pieces of work will be on display at this year's  Wangaratta Show.  We have also been working on 2 Point perspective drawing. Correctly using a ruler and shading with colour to give the drawings depth in our drawing.
