New Library Platform coming soon

The library will be upgrading its catalogue and resources page at the end of term 3 into the beginning of term 4. Limited resources will be available from September 6 until week 1 of term 4.

Please come and do your holiday borrowing before Wednesday September 6 so you don’t miss out on some of our wonderful new books

Congratulations Competition Winners

Kids News Short Story Competition

Congratulations to Hiruki Fernandez who won the National Kid’s news Short Story Year 7 – 9 competition and Lucie Woodcock who came second, Highly Commended. Hiruki and Lucie faced a lot of fierce competition, placing first and second amongst almost 800 entries. The panel of judges, was led by award-winning author Jackie French.

GROK Cyber Comp

Optus Digital Thumbprint sessions for Year 7 and 8

Our juniors participated in sessions around protecting personal information and bullying. Students had the opportunity to reflect on how certain behaviours can impact their online presence. Laws and consequences around posting in social media, and how and where to report issues.
