The VSMF 

(Vic Schools Music Festival)

Last week we took both the Symphonic Band and The Concert Band to Hawthorn Town Hall to take our part in the VSMF. Our Symphonic Band performed between 1 - 4 pm on Wednesday afternoon and our Concert Band played in the morning session between 10 - 12. 

Mr. Muddyman conducted both bands who both came away with a 'SILVER' medal for their wonderful performances. Well done to all 

involved. 

The Annual Spring Concert

This year, for the very first time, we have made the difficult decision to run our Annual Spring Concert over 2 consecutive nights. Our program has grown rapidly and with that, so have our audiences. We encourage all parents to come along and see your child perform in what will be for some, their final formal performance for the year. 

Our new format will run as follows:

Wednesday 6/09 - Junior and Senior Stage Band, Guitar Ensembles, Choir, Drum Club

Thursday 7/09 - Rookie Band, Concert Band, Symphonic Band, Junior & Senior Strings Orchestra  and Chamber Strings. 

We will release tickets for these two shows within the coming week.
