A HUGE congratulations to all our students who took part in the PRC for 2023. 42 of our students completed the challenge - amazing job!! Holy Spirit read a whopping 1952 books this year!!

The Premiers' Reading Challenge will be back in 2024!!
Robotics will be back next term with a coding club. Students will be using online tools to learn the basics about how to code.
Robotics will be held each Wednesday from 3:30pm - 4:30pm in the school library. Please note that these workshops are being run by Kids Unlimited and not Holy Spirit staff.

On Friday 8th September Alice Kunek came to speak to the 1/2 students about sport, her role and what she loves to do. Alice currently plays basketball professionally and also represents Australia playing for the Opals. We are lucky enough to have Alice visit us as she currently has a break in her busy schedule and is also the proud aunty of one of our amazing 1/2 students!
Thanks for coming to speak to us Alice and we can't wait to watch you on the court soon!
Holy Spirit have a subscription to an online resource called Storybox Library. This platform provides access to an incredible amount of storybooks read by actors, politicians, authors, to name a few.

The Library will be open to our families, before school, on a Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday of each week, from 8:35 - 8:50am. You are welcome to visit Trish in the library to read with your child or borrow a book.
Please check the school calendar for the class presenting at assembly each week. Assembly will be held each week at 2:30pm.
