Recipe Books!

Our focus in the last few weeks of writing, students have been exploring Procedures. Students created their perfect day, filled with fun activities and attending their favourite eateries. This was all planned out from waking up to going to bed.

Our main activity was creating our own cook books. Students chose a favourite recipe to create, researched this recipe and created their own step  by step instructions of that dish.

Call to Action

Sanitation, Poverty, Illiteracy and Malnutrition are major problems amongst kids all around the world. Our students are diving right into these problems.

We are currently exploring how these major problems affect people all around the world. We are investigating world aid agencies that support certain countries dealing with the major issues and how we can help to support them.

Students have created a presentation using PowerPoint video option to persuade and inform their peers and teachers to support their selected aid agency and help improve the world. Check out a couple of students work here. Videos may take a bit of time to upload.
