Transition to nForma as Operoo Ceases Operations

As families may already know, Operoo will cease operations in Australia in early 2026. In response to this change, St Andrew’s will now consolidate digital permissions, medical information, and parent communication into nForma, the system you are already familiar with.

The good news is that all existing Operoo data will be automatically transferred into nForma. This means families will not need to re-enter medical details, emergency contacts, or permission information. We expect minimal disruption as this process is managed securely and centrally.

Over the next few weeks, you will notice a gradual winding down of Operoo as we prepare for its closure. Our last day of using Operoo will be 11 December 2025 when data will be moved over to nForma. We will provide simple reminders to log in and check that your details in nForma are correct when the rollover is complete.

Although this is a significant shift, for our community the transition should feel straightforward, as nForma is already part of our daily operations. Our aim is to make the change smooth, clear, and fully supported.
