Meet our College Captains:

Luke Pegoli

My name is Luke, and I am one of the 2025 College Captains. I applied for the position last year in hopes to serve the College in the most effective way that I could.

I’ve loved experiencing the strong community feel of the College, and I am very blessed to represent and serve Endeavour in a position of leadership. Outside of school I dedicate my free time to my studies to soccer commitments. Upon graduation I am planning on attending Adelaide University to study engineering. This year the biggest impact that I plan to make is to strengthen the incredible bonds present throughout our community.

I’ll achieve this by organising community events and establishing relationships throughout year levels.

I look forward to serving the College to the best of my ability in all events to come.

Emily Becker

My name is Emily Becker, and I am honoured to serve as one of your College Captains this year.

My leadership journey began in Year 9 as a Middle Years Leader for Florey, and since then, I have been actively involved in our school community. I was a member of the Student Action Team (SAT) for two years (Years 10 and 11), where I had the opportunity to contribute to school events and initiatives.

The SAT is the first step in student leadership, allowing students to apply and be placed in one of three portfolios: Charity and Enrichment, Spiritual and Community, and Media, Communications, and Promotions.

These teams, led by our SAT Captains, Noah Berghout, Aiden Young, and Amelia Knott, work with their teams to create, develop, and promote events for our students, staff, and the wider community.

As College Captains, Luke and I are incredibly grateful for the support of our SAT Captains. They play a key role in helping us bring ideas to life, working alongside us to foster a strong and engaged College community. Their leadership and dedication ensure that our student-led initiatives run smoothly and successfully.

Beyond school, I have a strong passion for working with children. I completed my Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care during Years 10 and 11 and now work in childcare during the holidays. In my free time, I enjoy baking, travelling, and babysitting. Once I finish school, I hope to pursue a career that allows me to continue supporting and inspiring young people—whether as a Learning Support Officer (LSO), a Food and Hospitality Teacher, or even by moving to London to work as a nanny.

I also had the incredible privilege of being one of sixteen students selected for the 2024 Europe study tour focused on history and art. Our journey took us through Berlin, Munich, Dachau, Paris, The Somme, and Belgium.

It was truly the experience of a lifetime, and I am beyond grateful to have been part of it!

As a leader, I value kindness, integrity, honesty, humility, and fairness. I am excited to work alongside our amazing community this year and look forward to making a positive impact together!
