A brief overview of some of the events we have coming up in our sport programs.

2025 Dates for the diary:

Term 2:

Friday 13th June: Yr 4 Gala Day

Monday 23rd June: Yr 5/6 Gala Day

Term 3: 

Monday 28th July: Year 4 Division Basketball

Thursday 14th August: Year 4-6 Athletics Day

Friday 29th August: Year 5&6 Division Basketball

Thursday 11th September: District Athletics (Selected students)

EMR Cross Country

Congratulations to all of the students that participated in the Division Cross Country on Monday 26th May.  All did an absolutely super job, even some with injuries still battled on, it was great SJV spirit.  A huge congratulations goes to our 2 year 6 students Xavier and Koray who made it through to the Regional event happening this Thursday, we wish them all the best.  Also a special mention to Amelia in year 6 who was an emergency for the regional event also.

Year 4 Gala Day

Is happening this Friday.  You will have received operoos with all the information and fixtures if you are keen to come and watch your child play their specific sport. We are looking forward to a day filled with lots of sport.

Year 1&2 Soccer Incursion

On Thursday Johnny from Football Star Academy will be coming and running a soccer incursion with our year 1 & 2 students in their PE classes.  This goes well with finishing off our 4 week unit in kicking.  We are looking forward to seeing what fun games he has planned for us.
