Round Square Week 2025

Round Square Week 2025 was a wonderful success.
On Monday and Tuesday in Tutor Group, a Scavenger Hunt Challenge was issued by the junior leaders, so students across Tutor Groups competed to find answers about Round Square. Congratulations to the winning teams in each house.
The ‘Minute to Win it’ public speaking competition was a small gathering but one where students from Years 8, 11 and 12 spoke eloquently on a a range of topics. They shared ideas, argued their point, enjoyed a morning tea and all came away feeling that just one minute to express your views can be a challenge!
The dance-a-thon on Wednesday was run by seniors for the Year 7s and 8s and was a huge success. Over $200 was raised for Round Square Projects and everyone had a wonderful time dancing to ‘Just Dance’ songs across the decades. The energy in the hall was electric!
Lastly the adventure race, on Thursday, pitted houses against each other across a range of challenges from sack races to hoola hooping. In the end, there can only be one winner and Flynn was victorious this time!
It was a great week and thanks so much to the Round Square Committee, Junior Leadership Committee, Ms Jen Inglis, Ms Vicki Hutchison, Ms Roxanne Egan, the Performing Arts staff and everyone who enthusiastically helped to make the week a memorable one.
