Jesus is taken to heaven and the disciples remain in Jerusalem awaiting his sending of the Spirit.
Jesus’ ascension marked the end of his earthly mission and the beginning of the disciples’ mission.

Mini Vinnies is a school-based initiative of the St Vincent de Paul Society that empowers primary school students to engage in social justice and charitable activities within their school and local community. Through regular meetings, students learn about social issues, develop leadership skills, and take action to support those in need.
Mini Vinnies in Action-
Grade 6 students learning about people in need (locally and globally) and advocating for them.
Mini Vinnies groups operate on the principle of “See, Think, Do, Reflect”

By engaging in these activities, students put their faith into action and learn the importance of serving others.
