Student Early Pick-Up Procedure

If you need to collect your child early for an appointment, please come to the office to sign them out. In line with school policy, we are unable to have students waiting at the office ahead of time. Once you arrive, we will call your child from class; please allow a few extra minutes for this process. Whilst we understand that early pick-ups are sometimes necessary (e.g. for medical appointments), we kindly ask that, whenever possible, students remain at school until the regular dismissal time of 3.30pm to ensure they don’t miss valuable learning time.

Visitors To The School

Visitors to the school (including parents and contractors) must first report to the office on arrival.

If you need to speak with or collect your child early, please come directly to the office, and we will arrange for your child to meet you there.

For safety reasons, and in line with Department of Education policy, no visitors are permitted to enter classrooms during school hours without signing in at the office and presenting a valid Working with Children Check.

These procedures are in place to ensure the safety of our students, staff and visitors. We appreciate your cooperation.

2025 School Levies

The school levy for 2025 is $285.00 per student. This amount covers all student supplies for the entire school year, including classroom materials and equipment for specialist subjects. A detailed breakdown of the levy is available on Compass.

We sincerely thank the families who have already paid their 2025 levies. If you haven’t yet had the chance to make payment, we kindly ask for your support; your contribution helps us continue providing the best possible learning experience for all students.
