Our JUNE Aussie of the Month Award Recipients – will be presented at the Week 10 Whole School Assembly.
We’re excited to share that two fantastic student wellbeing initiatives are now running at LNPS, thanks to our wonderful Pastoral Care Worker, Kerrilea for organising and running these sessions.
Kindness Club is held every Friday at recess, offering students a space to explore what it means to be kind — through crafts, conversations, and activities that promote empathy and positivity.
Collaborative Play runs every Wednesday at recess, giving students the opportunity to build social skills and teamwork through structured group games and cooperative activities.
Both programs have been incredibly well-received, with students showing strong engagement, enthusiasm, and a growing sense of connection. It's been wonderful to see so many students participating, supporting one another, and enjoying these safe and inclusive spaces.
A big thank you to Kerrilea for leading these initiatives and helping to foster a kind, caring, and connected school community!
The Active Lunch program at Lockleys North has been thriving. Students are enthusiastically participating in a variety of activities designed to promote physical fitness and social interaction. The program has successfully engaged students across different year levels, encouraging them to stay active and enjoy their break times. Our Active Lunch Ambassadors have been doing a terrific job in helping facilitate through the setting up of activities and playing with the students.
We’re excited to launch the Parachute Club for Rowell and Mellor students! This fun and engaging club will be run by a team of Student Ambassadors and Upper Primary students, offering a great opportunity to build teamwork, leadership, and outdoor play.
Come along and join in the fun!
