Heads of House

There are some new faces joining the Mt A spirit squad! Meet our brand-new House Mascots – each one bursting with personality and ready to cheer on their House in true Mt A style.

Meet Azura - Our Spoleto Mascot

Azura, once a bright bluebird from the hills of Spoleto, has gracefully morphed into an owl—her head transformed, while her vibrant spirit remains unchanged. A symbol of wisdom, transformation, and quiet strength, Azura continues to inspire with keen insight and a watchful eye. As our beloved mascot, she bridges the beauty of tradition with the boldness of change, proudly representing the heart and soul of Spoleto.

Meet Bella – Our BP Mascot

The bunny symbolises the heart of Belle Prairie House - energetic, curious, and connected. Just as bunnies live in supportive communities and move with awareness and agility, we look out for one another and hop into challenges with purpose. With ears tuned to opportunity and hearts open to growth, we strive to support, uplift, and grow together. The colour purple, rich and dignified, reflects the creativity, pride, and ambition that shape who we are.  In Belle Prairie, we don’t hold back—we hop into everything with heart, purpose, and pride.

Meet Roary - Our Rieti Mascot

Our lion mascot symbolizes strength, courage, and unity, qualities that define Rieti House. Just as lions move together in a pride, we succeed as a collective, supporting and pushing each other to be our best. The bold color red reflects our passion, determination, and the heart we put into everything we do. Like the lion, we lead with both bravery and heart, showing resilience in the face of challenges. Whether we’re competing on the field or leading in the classroom, Rieti stands proud, fierce, and united; always ready to roar with pride.

🐸 Meet Poppy - Our Perugia Frog Mascot! 💚

We’re leaping with excitement to introduce you to Poppy, our official Perugia mascot!

Poppy isn’t just here to look cute (though she does that) - she stands for everything Perugia is about: adaptability, determination, and unity. Frogs can thrive on land and in water, and just like them, we take on challenges with confidence and bounce back with resilience.

With power in participation, we’re never afraid to leap into action. Whether we’re giving it our all in House comps, helping each other out, or aiming high in class - we do it together. Like a frog, we don’t stay still for long. We’re always growing, improving, and pushing boundaries. And when it’s time to shine? We don’t just step up — we leap ahead. So if you want to keep up with Perugia… you’d better leap to it!

Meet Valentina - Our Villa Spada Mascot

Firstly, in honour of our Italian heritage, we have named our Villa Spada mascot Valentina — a name that fittingly means brave. The tiger was chosen as our spirit animal to embody qualities of fierceness, determination, ambition, and the ability to move with both grace and beauty. Its striking orange fur aligns with our House colour, while its powerful physique represents strength. Tigers are also known for protecting and nurturing their own group — known as an ambush — and for their resilience in defending their territory. Most importantly, they form unbreakable bonds, particularly among female tigers, symbolising loyalty, unity, and enduring connection.
