Ladies Lunch
A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for this year’s Ladies Lunch. It was a fantastic day to connect as a community and an incredibly successful fundraiser for our school.
We are especially grateful to our Silver Sponsors, Smile Council Orthodontics and Jellis Craig, as well as our sponsor Lonsford Insurance, for their generous support. A big thank you also to everyone who donated items for our Silent Auction — your contributions made a real difference!
Thanks to our amazing community, through sponsorships, silent and live auctions, the raffle, and generous donations, we’ve raised nearly $10,000! These funds will help bring our Frozen Junior Musical to life and support the creation of a new imaginary/sensory playspace for our students.
A special shout-out goes to our incredible Year 4 Parent Reps — Simona, Christina, Dani, and Indy — for all your hard work and dedication in making the day such a success. Thank you also to Prue Gilbert and Colleen Leyden for being our guest speakers on the day, sharing their experiences of what Sacred Heart Kew has meant to them and their family over the years.
We truly appreciate everyones contribution to making this day so special.
Thank you all for your generosity and support!
School Disco Tonight – Get Ready to Glow!
We can't wait to see all the children dressed in their brightest neon outfits for tonight’s school disco!
Please remember to send your child with a drink bottle, and use the drop-and-go approach unless you’ve indicated separation concerns on the Operoo form.
A huge thank you to our amazing Year 1 Parent Reps — Marlene, Laura, and Marlo — for planning such a fun-filled event for our students. We’re so grateful for your time and effort!
Let’s dance the night away!

Sacred Heart Meals Service
What is the meals service?
The Sacred Heart Meals Service is available to all Sacred Heart families that require some practical help in the form of meals at a time of need. This may be due to a very happy occasion such as a new birth in the family, or in more difficult circumstances such as a death or illness in a family.
How does it work?
The Meals Service Coordinators can be contacted by a teacher, class rep, member of the Parents Association, a friend within the school or the family members themselves. The coordinators would then contact the family to chat about what would be helpful (e.g. how often, favourite meals, dietary requirements etc) and then coordinate the service, requesting assistance from the relevant year level.
It’s important to note that we are very careful in being discreet at all times and maintaining confidentiality, ensuring the family are happy with what information (if any) is passed on to those we are asking to assist.
We can be contacted via the following methods:
Amy McIvor
Ph 0411 034 463
Caroline O’Sullivan
Ph 0419 100 964
Please feel free to reach out to either of us with any questions, we are here to help!
Kind regards,
Caroline O’Sullivan (Billy Year 4) and Amy McIvor (Rafferty Year 3)
