Opening the Doors Foundation - Student Grant applications are open!
The Opening The Doors Foundation (OTDF) invites eligible families to apply for a 2026 student grant. Grant applications are currently open and close on 2 April 2026.
The Foundation prioritises students with the highest financial need to ensure fair access to support. Applicants with a Health Care Card or Pension Card will be processed first. Other applications are still welcome however processing may be slightly delayed.
All applications must be submitted online via the OTDF Grant Portal.

⚠️ Funding is up to the OTDF grant limit and up to OTDF Trustee discretion. You may not receive the full amount requested.

The application may not be successful. Final decisions are made by OTDF Trustees.
✅ Eligibility
To apply, the student must:
✔️ Be of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander descent
✔️ Provide a Confirmation of Aboriginality
✔️ Be enrolled in a Catholic or Independent school in Victoria (Prep–Year 12)
❌ OTDF does not support students attending government schools

Extended Absences

Pedestrian Crossing - remember to be safe!
We would like to remind parents/carers to ensure they practice safe driving habits when collecting and dropping off their students at St Anne's College.
Please ensure you slow down and keep the speed of your vehicle at a very safe level.
You must not stop your vehicle across the white lines - please ensure these crossings are kept free of traffic.
While you are waiting for our crossing supervisor and children to cross the road, please ensure the supervisor is on the footpath before you proceed.
Uniforms - 2025
As we have moved to separate Primary (F-6) and Secondary (7-12) structures this year, please be aware of the following updates regarding uniforms:
Student departures during school
Please refer to these instructions if your child must leave the college at any time throughout the school.
Students who become unwell or injured during the school day are sent by a Learning Mentor to the administration office for medical attention. Every effort is made by staff to aid and encourage recovery, however, when medical care is beyond the capacity of our staff, parents or emergency contacts will be notified and asked to collect the child.
CDFpay mobile app is now available
Last year you would have received an email regarding the steps involved to access the new CDFpay app which is now available on the App Store and in Google Play.
St Anne’s College families must download the app and register a new account on the CDFpay powered by FlexiSchools, as this payment platform will be used for things like fundraising and special food days, events, publications and many more opportunities in the future. Please note, ordering and payment lunch orders through our third-party provider will not change at this stage.

St Anne's College is a cashless college and does not take cash payments. Set up your CDFPay to pay for additional ad-hoc college fees, extra-curricular activities, library book recovery costs and/or enrolment deposits via

Lunch Orders - Qkr! App
Please note, there has been a change to the cut-off time to submit lunch orders.
You must now complete your lunch order by 7.30am the morning of lunch order day.
The app has been updated to include further information for allergens as well.
Lunch orders are now available on Wednesdays, provided and delivered to the college by Eastwood Orchards via the Qkr! App (please note, available options strive to be nut-free). To download the app, use this helpful guide:

If your student requires medication....
Families are reminded to please ensure they provide up to date medical plans and the necessary, in date, medications to the office.
An authority form is required for staff to administer medications.
Parents are reminded that all medication, including non prescribed, to be administered at school or on camp or excursions, requires a pharmaceutical label detailing student name and dosage, along with our authority form is also required, a copy of this is located below.
