Congratulations to the Graduating Class of 2025!

This term, we celebrated the remarkable achievements of the Class of 2025. Over their years at the College, these students have grown in knowledge, faith, and character, leaving behind a legacy of resilience, leadership, and friendship. As they prepare to embark on the next chapter of their journey, we pray for their continued success and happiness. May they carry the values and lessons of MCHF with them always.

Thank you to Elyssa Wehbe, Laurelle Sadek, and Mary Semaan, year 9 student photographers, for capturing both video and images during Graduation Mass and Assembly.

Father’s Day Stall & Raffle

A big thank you to our Parents’ Association for hosting another successful Father’s Day Stall. Students enjoyed selecting gifts for their dads and special father figures, with a wonderful variety on offer. Congratulations to our raffle winners, who took home some fantastic prizes! We sincerely thank the PA for their ongoing service, time, and effort in making this event possible for our school community.

Cyber Safety in Stage 3

Our Year 5 and 6 students recently attended an engaging session with our Police Liaison Officer, who spoke about the importance of staying safe online. The discussion focused on cyberbullying, respectful online behaviour, and practical strategies for protecting personal information in the digital world. Students were encouraged to make safe choices, report inappropriate behaviour, and seek help when needed. This valuable talk reinforced the importance of being responsible digital citizens.

The Lebanese Film Festival

The Maronite College of the holy family  welcomed guest speakers from the Lebanese Film Festival (LFF), who hosted a special screening of Khalil Gibran’s The Prophet for the Junior students in Languages department. Our students were able to immerse themselves in the world of Khalil Gibran with the animated film. Towards to the end of the session they were asked Trivia questions and were given prizes from the LFF. We thank to much for this kind gesture and for enhancing our students in the world of Lebanese Film and culture.

Preschool Visit at MCHF

Today we welcomed Rosehill Montessori preschool students and their educators into our Kindergarten classrooms as part of their transition to “big school.” They listened to a story, worked with our Kindergarten teachers on a hands-on activity, and had the chance to explore the classroom environment. These experiences not only help our preschoolers feel confident and prepared for school next year, but also highlight the strong sense of community and connection across our early years. It was wonderful to see the excitement, curiosity, and joy on the children’s faces as they shared this milestone moment together. We thank Miss Lahoud and Mrs Delos-Reyes for providing such a supportive and welcoming environment for the preschoolers.
