2025 Orientation Session

On Tuesday this week, all children participated in a 'moving up' orientation session for their 2025 grade. It was wonderful to see the excitement and energy as they explored their new classrooms and met their teachers for the coming year.

As we wandered around visiting the different areas, it was heartening to see all the children actively engaged and enjoying the experience. The enthusiasm was infectious, and it’s a great indication of the positive and exciting learning year we have ahead.

We look forward to supporting your children on their learning journey in 2025!

Accessing Student Reports via the NForma App

This semester, NForma will be distributing student reports through their new app. To ensure you can access your child’s report when it is released, please download the NForma app onto your device before Week 10 (week starting 9 December).

Detailed instructions from NForma on how to download and set up the app are provided in the link below:

We encourage you to complete this step as soon as possible to ensure a smooth experience. Thank you for your cooperation in embracing this new process.

Advent Services at St. Bede’s

We are now in the season of Advent—a time of waiting and preparation—we are excited to continue our Advent Liturgies. These special liturgies will be led by our students and focus on the Jesse Tree, or Jesus' family tree, teaching about the significant figures who came before Jesus and helped prepare the way for him. Each week, a different year level will lead our community in reflection and celebration.

Advent Liturgy Schedule:

  • Advent Liturgy 3 – 9 December, led by Grade 1/2
  • Advent Liturgy 4 – 16 December, led by the Preps

These liturgies will be held each Monday at 9am in the church.

We look forward to celebrating this meaningful season of our Catholic faith together as a community.

St Bede’s Christmas Carols

We are excited to announce one of our most cherished Catholic traditions—St Bede’s Christmas Carols! This wonderful community event brings us together to celebrate the joy of the season. Families are welcome to bring a picnic or enjoy delicious options from the woodfired pizza food truck.

Please note, we kindly ask that families refrain from feeding the children until after the performance, as this can be disruptive while they are gathered at the front.

During this special evening, the children will tell the story of Jesus' birth through carols, and they will also perform some secular Christmas favorites.

Venue: Amphitheatre

Date: Monday, 16th December

Time: 6:00 pm

We look forward to celebrating this beautiful tradition with you!

Thank you for your continued support.

Regards,

Larissa
