The holidays are an opportunity to recharge, but it’s important to approach them with balance. Here are a few tips to help you maintain your wellbeing over the break:

Physical activity is a great way to boost your mood and energy levels. Whether it’s a walk in the park, a bike ride, or simply stretching, moving your body helps reduce stress and promotes better sleep.

While the holidays are often a time for family and friends, it’s also okay to acknowledge if you feel lonely or disconnected. Reaching out to someone                               you trust or joining in on online community groups can help you feel more                               supported.

It’s easy to get caught up in the holiday hustle—whether that’s with shopping, social gatherings, or family obligations.                                                                               Remember, it’s okay to say no and take time for yourself when you need it.

Take moments throughout the day to pause, breathe, and reflect. Practices like meditation or journaling can help ground you and improve your overall                               sense of calm.
