The Sun was Shining at our District Athletics Carnival

It was lovely to watch members of our District Athletics team have such a great day. The sun was shining, the cheering was loud and our students represent us with pride, respect and perseverance.

Rowville Primary School competed against seven other schools in the Wantirna District and finished in equal fourth place with 160 points. What a great team effort!

Congratulations to Jasmin K of 6B finishing first in all three of her individual events and the Relay A team. Jasmin won the Under 11 Girls Gold Medal which is a prestigious achievement, and we are beyond proud to have her represent our school. Jasmin's humble nature is to be commended.

A huge thank you to Miss Butcher, Mrs Mastorakis, Mr Walker and Miss Moretti who were our amazing teacher helpers on the day that assisted the students to ensure they got to all of their events on time. A huge thanks also to our parents that volunteered on the day, and for supporting our teachers and students to make the day run smoothly.

What a great day out, I look forward to seeing our Division team represent Rowville Primary School so wonderfully again in a few weeks' time.
