Beyond the Gates

The Victorian Government is working hard to ensure our transport network is inclusive and accessible for all Victorians.

Try Before You Ride events help people of all abilities feel more confident when using the public transport system. This includes people with accessibility requirements, parents with children and seniors.

Thursday 9 May, at Southern Cross Station, anytime from 10:30am.

The event concludes at 2:00pm.

At the event, you will have the opportunity to:

• practice getting on and off trains, trams, buses, and taxis safely

• speak with public transport staff who can assist you

• learn about the accessibility features available on our services

• join a station familiarisation tour.
