What is the Parents Association? 

The Parents Association (or PA) is a volunteer, parent-run organisation that complements the role of the school council. The group is dedicated to contributing to the wellbeing of the school community and helping to build a strong relationship between families and the school.

What does the Parents Association do? 

Working with the principal and school leadership, the PA provides support in several key areas:

• We coordinate social functions designed to bring the school community together.
• We undertake fundraising activities for particular needs in the school, which can include providing new equipment and facilities.
• We provide opportunities for parents to get to know each other and grow the school community spirit.

Who can be involved? 

Membership is open to any parent or guardian of a child attending the school.

Why should you get involved? 

Getting involved is a practical way to contribute your own knowledge and skills to build a thriving school community and support the school's goals. It also provides an opportunity to extend your understanding of school operations and stay informed about your child's educational environment.

How to get involved 

The Parents Association meets monthly. All parents are invited to join and are welcome to attend these monthly meetings. To become a member or to learn more about our upcoming events, please come along to our next meeting or reach out to the school office for our contact details.
