Edgeworth Public School P&C Update
As we wrap up another busy term at Edgeworth Public School, we’re excited to share some wonderful highlights and upcoming events with our school community.
Father’s Day Stall – A Huge Success!
We are thrilled to share that our Father’s Day Stall was an incredible success, raising a profit of $2171 for our school! With over 800 gifts sold, the stall was buzzing with excitement, and it wouldn’t have been possible without the support of our wonderful school community. A heartfelt thank you goes out to all the volunteers who gave their time, the families who contributed, and of course, our students for making the day so special.
To all the dads, uncles, grandfathers and special male role models – we hope you had a fantastic Father’s Day filled with love and appreciation.
Term 4 General Meetings – 6pm in the EPS library
Our Term 4 P&C General Meetings will be held on:
• Monday 3rd November (Week 4)
• Monday 1st December (Week 8)
We warmly welcome all members of our school community to come along, share ideas, and be involved in shaping the wonderful things happening at Edgeworth Public School.
Upcoming Fundraisers
We have some exciting events coming up to round out the year:
• Wednesday 24th September (Term 3, Week 10) – McDonald’s Family Fun Night at Cameron Park from 6-7pm.
• Friday 31st October (Term 4, Week 3) – Halloween Disco (during school time). Online payments are now open via Spriggy and will close 10am, Thursday 30th October. See the flyer below for more spooky details!
• Thursday 4th December (Term 4, Week 8) – Carols Night BBQ. A festive evening to come together and celebrate the season.
Canteen Volunteers Needed!
Our school canteen is looking for friendly, reliable volunteers to help out between 8:30am and 2:30pm on school days. Even a few hours of your time can make a big difference! If you're interested in helping, please contact our Canteen Manager, Jen, by contacting the school office or sending an enquiry to eps_canteen@live.com.au. Your support is greatly appreciated!
As Term 3 comes to a close, we wish all our families a restful, enjoyable and safe spring holiday. Take the time to relax, recharge, and enjoy this beautiful time of year.
