What's your favourite go-to meal?

It’s got to be pasta. Any kind really. However, if you put a slice of lasagne in front of me, I’m instantly in my happy place. Comfort food at its finest.

What is your favourite thing in life that is free?

Laughter - hands down! It’s the best free gift life has to offer. Lucky for me, I share an office with Cass Marsh, who keeps the giggles coming daily. She brings so much joy to my day and there is never a dull moment! I also get so much laughter and happiness from students I have taught over the years here at Trug. This is my 11th year teaching here, so it's always lovely to see students past and present and to catch up, laugh and share memories with!

If you opened a store, what would you sell?

I feel like it would be a little book shop with coffee and sweet treats. A real cosy vibe and a space to just relax and unwind. I'd ask Ms Le to be my business partner because she makes the most delicious sweet treats!

What is your best advice to feel good on a bad day?

Put on your comfiest jumper, take a deep breath, and find something small that makes you smile—a hot coffee or hot chocolate, a walk in the sun, or a chat with someone who just gets you. Oh, and snacks. Always snacks!
