Resilient Values Day

On the 5th of November, the College celebrated their final Values Day for 2025. This term, we focused on our College Value of Resilient.
Students received tokens and positive chronicles throughout the day as they showed what it means to be a resilient Trug student!
Resilience also became more than just a word – it came alive through inspiring activities and powerful conversations. Students and teachers joined together to explore the meaning of bouncing back from challenges and staying strong in difficult times as well as building emotional intelligence and mental strength. Each year level engaged in interactive presentations where a variety of scenarios and responses were investigated.
A certificate, bookmark, badge and small gift was given as a reward to one student per class for showing the best overall resilience this year!
Well done to all our Trug learners who won the award and certificate for showing true RESILIENCE during our Values day and throughout the school year! You are outstanding role models to all learners at our College!
