Following our excursion to Kelso High School, our class focused on writing recounts of their day.
Kindergarten wrote several sentences detailing where they went and what they made.
Year 2 wrote a recount with the structure:
- Orientation - who, what, where, when, why
- Chronological order of events, personal thoughts
- Conclusion - reflection
