Dear parents and community,

What a productive Term 3 it has been!

This term, I have completed a significant amount of professional learning through the School Leadership Institute, gaining new and updated ideas to support our school and students using best practice academically, enhance student wellbeing, and improve school operations.

School Updates

We are excited for the remainder of 2025, which will see some significant updates around our school:

Our new cubby will be complete and ready to enjoy when students return.
Updated furniture in the music room - creating a modern library for the school with comfy furniture for students to relax and enjoy.
New wellbeing signage around the school supporting the significant PBL work we have undertaken in 2025.
A quiet/sensory area in the weathershed to support our students when they feel like having a quieter lunch.

Bunnings Barbeque

A reminder that our next Bunnings BBQ fundraiser is on Sunday, 12th October. We are calling for volunteers—any time slot and amount of time you can offer will be greatly appreciated. Our last Bunnings BBQ raised over $1300, which will fund hearing checks for all of our students and has helped subsidise bus costs for excursions. Your support makes a real difference!

Term 4

Term 4 will commence:

Staff Development Day - Monday, 13th October. Staff will be offsite until 11am completing CPR and anaphylaxis training.
Students - Tuesday, 14th October.

We wish all our families a restful and enjoyable holiday and look forward to seeing everyone refreshed and ready for an exciting Term 4!
