Year 8

Cranbourne Botanical Gardens

The year 8 students went out in their classes to the Cranbourne Botanic Gardens to learn more about the Southern Nose Bandicoot to support their learning in Humanities classes.

The excursion involved two parts; Exploring the Gardens and completing a workshop on native animals and how to protect and preserve our native Fauna and Flora.

PBS Credits

Across the course of term 3 the year 8 cohort has had 7161 credits issued.

Being closer to the later stages of the year, the students are really starting to reap the rewards of demonstrating the expected behaviours over the year so far with 57 students X-Changing their credits for desired items in year 8 this term alone. The PBS X-change is open at lunchtime in W10 on Tuesday for years 7 & 8 and Thursday for years 9 - 12.
