BPAY Reference, Statements, 2024 Parent Lounge and Secondary Assistance Scheme

BPAY Reference

To align with the College’s upgraded operating system, all accounts have been issued with a new BPAY reference. Please ensure you update your reference number to the new 5 digit number when making a payment to your College account via BPAY. If you would like to make a payment over the holidays, and BPAY is your preferred method, please contact the Finance Officer to request your new reference number if not already received.

Statements

2023 Tuition Fees were due to be finalised on the Thursday, 30 November. If you are yet to arrange payment, or a payment plan, please contact the Finance Officer to discuss. Statements containing the current balance have been emailed to families. If you have not received your statement, please contact the Finance Officer .

2024 Parent Lounge

St Norbert College will be able to offer families access to a Parent Lounge in 2024. The online Parent Lounge will enable parents and carers to view statements, arrange payment plans and securely update their payment details. Further details, including login information, will be provided in the lead up to the 2024 Annual Statement.

Secondary Assistance Scheme

The State Government, through the Department of Education, provides financial support to eligible parents and carers through the Secondary Assistance Scheme (SAS). The aim of the scheme is to assist low-income families with secondary schooling costs.

Eligible parents and carers with students enrolled in Years 7 to 12 studying a full-time secondary course at a Western Australian non governments school can apply for the SAS in 2024.

As the application form is now an editable PDF (below), the College will accept applications emailed to the Finance Officer, provided it is completed by the card holder and a copy of both sides of the concession card is sent with the application.
