Real Industry Job Interviews 

On the 31st of October, 60 of our year 10 students attended the Real Industry Job Interview excursion. Prior to the excursion, students were asked to find an advertised job and create an application with a resume and cover letter. These applications were then forwarded to community volunteers for feedback. On the day of the excursion, students first had a talk with Kim Stadtmiller from the Hume Whittlesea Local Learning and Employment Network where she coached students on how to be successful in an interview. Students then each had an interview opportunity and afterwards received valuable feedback which can be used in real-life interview situations. 

ATAR Release and VTAC Offers

At 7 am on December 11, Year 12 students will be able to view their ATAR. Should students wish to change their VTAC preferences, they must do this before 4 pm on December 13. Liam Ward will be available for meetings should students require. Attached are some helpful resources for this time.

Year 10 Work Experience

A reminder that Year 10s will be doing a week of work experience as their last week of school. This will be the 4th-8th of December. Many students have already gained a placement. All students attending work experience must return a fully signed Work Experience Arrangement Form prior to commencement.
