News From the Art Room

The Elements of Art

In the art room this term all students have begun to learn about the seven elements of art, beginning with the element of line.

They have learned about different types of lines and how artists can use them to express emotion in their pieces.

Students have enjoyed experimenting with different lines to create individual pieces of art and the seniors worked together to create pieces to join together to create a large artwork.
