Y11 VCE VM PDS Excursion to BOUNCEinc: Developing Personal Identity & Emotional Intelligence

The VCE VM 11 Personal Development Skills class went to BOUNCEinc on Tuesday 5th March, an indoor trampoline park, to help address our learning outcomes of personal identity and emotional intelligence.  We had the opportunity to apply the elements of emotional intelligence - self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy, and social skills - in a unique and exciting setting.

Throughout the day, we participated in various activities that challenged us physically and mentally, such as dodgeball, obstacle courses, ninja warrior gauntlets, high ropes courses and rock climbing. We used the tools and techniques learned in class to monitor our progress, evaluating the effectiveness of our efforts and making adjustments as needed.

Our excursion to BOUNCEinc was a great opportunity to apply and demonstrate our outcomes in a fun and engaging setting. 

We thank our teachers and staff for organising this excursion and look forward to continuing our learning journey.
