Swimming Sports Carnival
Well Done Apollo!
On Wednesday the 21st February 2024, over 700 students travelled to Coburg Olympic Swimming Pool to participate in the Annual TLSC Swimming Carnival. Melbourne put on a great day for us with the temperature set in the low 30’s.
Throughout the day, students competed in races, played some water volleyball, splashed in the 'kiddy' pool or just sat back, relaxed and enjoyed the sun. The races ran well, with many Year 7 students stepping up to show what they could do. We now have just under 20 students moving on the next round to compete against the other schools in our area.
At the end of the day Apollo was our overall house winner with Parmelia, Chichester and Lionheart coming in behind.
Thank you to the staff and students who made the Swimming Carnival such a huge success.
Well done to all staff and students who participated in the carnival and attended on the day.
Year 12's Dress Up
The Year 12's had fun dressing up for the event and are already planning their outfits for the Athletics Carnival on Monday 29th April.
