Self-care spans across many areas of our lives. From physical and mental well-being to emotional, social, spiritual, creative, organisational, environmental, cognitive, and self-compassionate care, there are endless ways to nurture yourself. This month, I’ve woven in suggestions for each of these essential aspects to help you feel balanced and rejuvenated. By regularly engaging in self-care, we train our brains to recognise it as a grounding and refreshing activity—something we can do with ease and still continue to reap the benefits over time.
