Senior School

The 5/6 classes enjoyed presenting their learning agreements to the school community at at Assembly on Monday. 

In 5/6C the students are wild about learning so we couldn't go past a jungle theme for the classroom.  In 5/6A they are busy diving in to learning so what better theme to represent them than the ocean!

In their Inquiry studies, the Grade 5/6 students have been investigating the history of Federation, focusing on the year 1901 when the Australian states came together to form one unified nation. 

They have researched and identified key figures who played pivotal roles in shaping Australian Federation and have written detailed biographies highlighting the major contributions these individuals made to the country. 

Students also investigated the Australian Coat of Arms, providing a detailed description of each of its different parts, presenting the information in an engaging way.
