Wellbeing

As we near the end of the Term, I would like to thank all parents and carers of our children for your partnership and support for the benefit of all children at St. John’s. It has been a busy term and the Hubs are settled and achieving amazing learning outcomes.
We thank all parents for your attendance at our recent PSG and Learning Conversations. It has been a wonderful opportunity to reflect on the progress that your child has made so far and plan for the next steps as we move into Term 2.
Next term, the school-wide Wellbeing focus will be on Social Awareness and Management as we focus on who we are and how we are in the context of a group. These units will include important learning related to building positive relationships and supporting inclusion and diversity at St. John’s. The term will commence with our Ways of Working Weeks and connection activities to support all children to settle in again after the break.
Please check out the Australian Parenting Website for some great resources to support your most important role in parenting your child/ren.
We wish everyone a safe, restful and happy Easter holiday break and we look forward to seeing everyone again on Tuesday 22nd April.
