Breakfast Club

The Breakfast Club is back in full swing, and it’s an absolute joy to see so many bright, smiling faces starting the day with us! We’re open every Monday and Thursday in the Student Kitchen from 8:30 to 8:45 am.

Everyone is welcome—come along, grab some cereal or a fruit cup before a great day of learning! If your child has any allergies, please check the ingredients list displayed on the kitchen window.

What is Zones of Regulation?

The Zones of Regulation, is a tool to help children understand and manage their emotions and behaviours. It uses four coloured zones (Blue, Green, Yellow, and Red) to represent different levels of emotional intensity. Parents can use this framework at home to help their children identify their emotional state, develop strategies to regulate their emotions, and improve overall self-regulation skills.

Here's how parents can use the Zones of Regulation at home:

Regular Check-ins:

We can begin by making time throughout the day to check in with your child about how they are feeling and which zone they are and talk about ways we can regulate our emotions.

We want to invite all families to our next assembly on Monday 19th May at 9:00am in the gym. This will follow by the open morning for 'Education Week'

As always, we are always here to support, so please reach out to the engagement and wellbeing team if you have any questions or feedback.
