Building Resilience Through Connection and Gratitude

The Resilience Project is dedicated to helping young people build mental strength through simple, evidence-based strategies focused on gratitude, empathy, and mindfulness (GEM). By fostering these practices in schools and communities, the project empowers individuals to better manage challenges and support one another. Its important work is creating lasting change in emotional wellbeing, helping students and staff thrive both personally and collectively.
